Joel McKendry is a second-generation craftsman with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Since 2007, he has completed over 70 custom homes in Western Canada, upholding the highest standards of quality, performance, value and service with every project he undertakes.
Based in East Sooke and serving the Capital Regional District, we build custom homes using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction, suspended/cantilevered slabs, and timber framing. Each project includes home warranty coverage provided by Travellers Insurance, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.
