Joel McKendry is a second generation craftsman with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Since 2007, he has completed over 60 custom homes in Western Canada. He upholds the absolute highest levels of quality, performance, value and service with every project that he takes on, and delivers a customer service that is unparalleled in his field. Living is East Sooke, and serving the Capital Regional District for custom homes, commercial and residential foundations, ICF construction, suspended/cantilevered slabs and wood frame construction. J. McKendry Developments is proud to partner with Deuto Construction and is supported by a talented team of carpenters, apprentices and trade partners.

McKendry Developments Ltd. is a locally owned registered building company in B.C. with home warranty coverage through Travellers Insurance. Since the company was incorporated in 2007 we have completed over 70 custom builds. We provide the option to build a house to “lock up stage” or “turn key”. We have developed a solid reputation for providing a quality product on time and on budget.
In association with Ridgeco Developments Ltd., and Deuto Construction we are able to provide a full range of services for Custom Houses including design, project management, foundations, ICF construction and framing finish carpentry.

J. McKendry Developments Ltd. is an industry leader in ICF construction and installation. We have been installing ICF for over 20 years using a wide variety of systems from Logix to Nudura. Having completed multistory, tall walls, radius walls, rake walls, beams, columns and large openings tied into suspended slabs, we have the knowledge and experience to complete the most challenging projects. We have our own custom bracing system for efficient installation with telehandlers and a picker truck for material handling.
We have completed over 2000 commercial and residential foundations. With experience in DOKA, PERI and Strip Ease systems, cantilevered and suspended slabs.
